This herb & lemon seasoning has started working its charm in our kitchen as an all-purpose seasoning. We have a blend of perennial herbs growing in our backyard (tarragon, thyme, oregano) that we never know what to do with. This year, we preserved the fresh herbs by grinding them with salt & lemon zest and allowing the salt and air to naturally dehydrate the herbs.We really enjoy this herb seasoning as a replacement for salt in our scrambled eggs, but you can do many things with it. Try it on fish, popcorn or salads.
