Little Caesars Pizza

I was at little Caesars today and A black women comes walking in with a ponytail with regular clothes on and starts yelling at an employee a tall guy about him changing his hats . Unfortunately that was uncalled for I was standing in the lobby with more than enough people for them to started looking around with a shocked face as mines . Whoever that is needs to be fired because how can you lead but making piazzs with no hat on. When I heard he was switching his ? I definitely will be contacting corporate . This not my first time coming in and the same black lady was yelling.

Had my Pizza in the Portal but did not have my sauce in with it. Waited 15 min. Then just left without getting my sauce. Not the best service at this location. I really don't like being ignored.

Pizza has gotten worse. Customer service is much better now than a year ago.

Hours between 5-8pm do not go. They can't handle all the phone call orders and to go orders. God help you if you order say cheese breadsticks and you want bottom of cheese sticks to not be white and doughy but baked tan( just have to push pan of cheese sticks back up the conveyor oven rack 2 extra mins.) Cause that takes at least an 8th grade education. So that's confusing to them and after asking after 20mins, is my order ready? 30mins, 40mins, going on hour, which they had finished the order for 3 meat pizza after 20mins. Was told, they haven't even started on my cheese sticks. Should of seen the front desk lady and the shift leader who was doing the cooking in the back arguing about how that order should of been put in. Desk lady said double bake, shift leader said no must write it w bacon and the desk lady said it got no bacon. Over all a funny scene if you have an hour to waste and don't have another hour to drive and need to be somewhere. So no. I do NOT recommend this pizza place during these hours.

My mobile order was mistakenly given to the wrong person and the staff was apologetic and offered me free wings. They were friendly and polite and I really appreciate them.
