This place never has any hot and ready available and is never on time with orders. Then always has an excuse for why they have a wait, a bunch of kids run this place never can locate a manager and never anything done about this location

I ordered my food at 10:20 am online , why am I here at 12:10 and my food still isn’t done , entire lunch break spent on just sitting here , unacceptable!

Hot? No. Ready? No. Order took almost an hour to prepare, only to be not just cold, but straight undercooked. Cheese not even melted all the way. Absolute nonsense. No excuse.
