Part of my order was accidentally given to the wrong customer. The manager was extremely apologetic about the delay to make me a new pizza and offered me a free item as compensation for the extra wait which was really only 5 minutes. Very nice gesture :) Pizza was extra cheesey and satisfied my guilty pleasure!

Never actually ‘hot & ready’ lol

“Hot & Ready” but the “in 20 minutes” was silent. Hot & Ready is arguably the only selling point for this excuse of a pizza. If you’re gonna wait 20 minutes, go somewhere where they don’t throw ketchup on cardboard and call it a pizza.

Pizza wasn't cooked properly cheese wasn't melted stuff crust hard as a cold cheese string then to top it off honey garlic wing with a liquid like sauwith no taste. Horrible no self respecting person should go here.

I inquired about the contents of the Call of Duty deal, and even though I eventually went with an entirely different choice, the incredibly kind woman still gave me a box of Crazy Puffs with the nice themed box for free on top of my order! Very thankful.
