Pizza over cooked, grease. Staff just did care. Everyone was waiting for slow service.

Me and my family had to wait for 1 hour just to get our food and people in the back are arguing

The amount of methheadism going on here right now(late march) with absolutely no shame. There is one gentleman holding things together but otherwise OMG. There is a guy with jailhouse loverboy tattoos that in the time I was at the register put his hand in his mouth and got blood on his hand, wiped it on his pants, attempted to kiss a female employee, hit on a customer behind me, and asked a young customer how old she was and when she said 18 he yells to the back, “I told you she was legal!”

I had been sitting in the drive thru for approximately 20 mins. I called the store and asked what their drive-thru wait time was. I was told 5-7 minutes. It took me an additional 10 minutes to get my food. In total, 30 minute wait time. Corporate please get this store some more employees and better pay!!!

Today I ordered the new pizza puffs. I ordered the cheese ones as I do not like pepperoni. Strange I know. The puffs were greasy, yet very dry so I probably would never order them again. The gentleman at the register though was amazing! So polite and helpful and answered all of my questions with a smile on his face!

When ordering carry out, they will consistently tell you 10-15 mins until your food is ready. Then after you arrive, you end up waiting another 30-40 mins. Often times, your food will just end up sitting there while they stand around and forget about their customers. This place seems very poorly run with no discernible management structure.

The service has gotten super slow the past couple of months. Be ready to wait at least 25-40 minutes for a “drive thru” order. You will have to park and wait. There’s no way of them knowing who was there first. They need windshield ticket numbers system so they know who was actually next. People get frustrated and end up walking in and the ones who can’t go in end up waiting the longest. Quality is good as always for the price but don’t expect drive thru speed. Drive thru is kind of pointless. Order online if you can. Update : online order was “ready” 25 minutes ago but it’s not and it’s just two classic pepperoni pizzas.
