Little Banchan Shop

We are a Korean specialty foods store run by the staff at Meju, a Michelin starred restaurant in Long Island City. Little Banchan Shop is focused on high quality, small-batch, hand-made delicious food without any added chemicals, artificial flavorings, or preservatives. Our kimchi, banchan, marinated meats, ready-to-eat meals and ready-to-heat foods are all made by our staff on-site. "Banchan" refers to dishes that are served together with rice during a Korean meal, so it encompasses pretty much everything on the Korean dining table other than rice (although we carry really great rice too!). We also carry pour over coffee from a wonderful Korean specialty coffee roaster, Coffee Libre.
