Absolutely lovely experience, fabulous food and cake and great service. Beautiful location.

Lovely food, setting, and atmosphere.

The most amazing staff, sorry I did not catch her name but shelves in Seaford and has dark hair. She was on the go the whole time and she is simply amazing. Credit to the Tea Rooms.

Hidden gem in East Sussex to enjoy, breakfast cream tea and lunch within a lovely English countryside setting. Plenty of parking for visitors. They have enough covered places to enjoy the food and beverage when the weather is wet!
