We borrowed the super-popular black pepper guava BBQ sauce from our tacos and paired it with fresh-grilled shrimp for a knockout quesadilla. Inside your choice of tortillas you'll find plenty of shrimp, fresh bacon, jalapeno peppers, pico de gallo and red onion mixed up with lots of gooey, melted cheese. We'll top it off for you with touches of cotija and fresh herbs, and send it on its way with chips and zesty tomatillo ranch sauce for dipping.
