Lilith is a cozy restaurant; the result of many years of work and dreaming from Chefs Jamilka Borges and Dianne DeStefano. After meeting and working together in Pittsburgh's best restaurants, they decided to make their dream of running and operating a restaurant together a reality.Lilith is a vibrant, fun, intimate and sometimes loud restaurant where you can celebrate life with friends and loved ones. We take pride in making mostly everything from scratch from our stocksand sauces to breads and pastry; there is a lot of work and love happening at Lilith.
