Light Horse Tavern is a fine dining establishment located in the historic Paulus Hook neighborhood of Jersey City. Founders Bill Gray and Ron Smith named the tavern after Henry Lee III, known as "Light Horse Harry," a celebrated cavalry officer from the American Revolution.
