      Liberty Greek pastries introduced this as our first product in America in 1927. A must try with every order! The king of Greek pastries. Our filo dough is layered between freshly grounded walnuts, topped with melted sweet butter and baked to a crispy golden brown. Homemade syrup with fresh lemon, cinnamon sticks, and clove is then poured on top. The baklava sits overnight until the pastry has absorbed all the syrup it can. Price is per piece

      Just like our baklava sarali consists of homemade syrup topped over this heavily stuffed freshly grounded walnuts rolled with our filo dough. Brushed with melted sweet butter and baked.       A one of a kind cookie. Flour, butter, vegetable shortening, vegetable oil, sugar, milk, eggs, baking powder, vanilla, and clove are turned into an oval shaped cookie. As soon as it comes out of the oven we combine our homemade syrup and honey and cover it completely and let it settle for a minimum of 24 hours until it has absorbed the syrup.     • Greek Cookies / Koulourakia

      Price per half pound The most common Greek cookie which consists of flour, vegetable shortening (to give it the outside crisp), sweet butter, sugar, eggs, milk, vanilla, baking powder, and a touch of salt that activates all the ingredients. We put an egg wash on top of the cookie prior to baking. Great for dunking, on the run snack, platters for get together's, or on the beach as one long time customer sent us a picture of. These can easily be reheated in the oven or microwave to give it the out of the oven taste with a softer texture. Eat them slowly and your taste buds will be getting tastes of the sweetness followed by the butter then the vanilla as time passes. When reheating use caution as the interior will be hotter than the exterior of the cookie. 20-21 per pound count.

      Price per half pound. A pure butter cookie consisting of flour, butter, sugar, eggs, baking powder, vanilla. We baked it until the bottom is slightly golden brown and remove it from the oven as it finishes cooking in the hot baking pan. Once cooled down, we pile loads of powdered sugar on top. The final result is a combination of a light, sweet, buttery meltdown in your mouth. Approximately 15 per pound.

      Price per half pound. A pure butter cookie consisting of flour, butter, sugar, baking powder, eggs, vanilla and almonds in the mix. After mixing we roll out our dough and go over the top with the back of a fork just like yia yia, (grandma), used to do it. We baked it until the bottom is slightly golden brown and remove it from the oven as it finishes cooking in the hot baking pan. Once cooled down, we pile loads of powdered sugar on top. The final result is a combination of a light, sweet, buttery meltdown in your mouth. Have your frappé, (Greek iced coffee), which is sold in our grocery list made and ready to go. Yia yia and the kids are always making a batch together to take home. We advise eating the cookies over a plate as the powder sugar will be falling off as it is applied heavily.       Prosphora bread is specially baked for the purpose of communion, and it is called "Prosphora" (meaning "That which is offered" in Greek). Prosphora is made from only four ingredients, wheat flour (white), yeast, salt, and water. Donated to the church by members as the priest prepares it for the holy communion. Price set slightly above cost for labor and ingredients to help our church community.
