Dietary restrictions: Wide selection of gluten free options that were all safe

What a great find. A Pub & Pizzeria in the same location is a winning combination, especially with such great food being produced by superb chefs at reasonable prices. The staff are very cheerful and happy to help at the same time as keeping the restaurant in a very clean and tidy state of presentation.

Here you go, your first 1 star review… not because of the food, we didn’t get to try it, and not because of the ambiance or the atmosphere of the restaurant…. This review is based on the dismal attitude of the 3 bored looking staff who were too busy counting down the minutes to the end of their shift, who told us at 7.46 pm that we’re too late to order food “because the chefs won’t like it” is pretty poor if you ask me…. We were ringing the phone number from 7.25pm but no answer and drove there to order food thinking they were too busy to answer the phone… oh well maybe the owners make enough money that they are happy to let their staff turn away £50-70 worth of take away at that time… maybe the owners might like to stop paying the staff at 7.46pm and see if “the chefs like it”…. We went to Barolo who were only too happy to fulfill our order… Thanks for nothing Ley Italia…

Second week on the bounce we have had the takeaway from ley Italia, everything was piping hot and tasted delicious. There was a slight problem as they had run out pizza boxes however the owner gave us two bottles of bulmers as an apology. Very attentive service in a lovely building. You have to try here!

Ordered 2 pizzas and they were amazing, would highly recommend. The staff where amazing!
