**Attention Wheelchair Users:** My wife and I have been fans of the takeout from Leopold's since its opening. Yet, our attempts to dine in have been unsuccessful. In a move that's all too common in downtown Kelowna, the accessible lower tables are being replaced by high ones that seem to require a step ladder to access. There is one table at the front that accommodates wheelchairs, but it's invariably occupied by non-disabled patrons, despite the availability of numerous high tables. When we ask the servers, the response is either a flat "no space" or an apologetic "I didn't expect someone with a wheelchair." Is it really necessary to reserve a table at 4 PM on a Tuesday? This has been our experience twice now. We urge you to prioritize the use of your high tables for those who can comfortably use them. We kindly request that you instruct your staff on the importance of assisting patrons with disabilities so that everyone can enjoy your establishment.
