Messed up a Breakfast combo I paid $12 & change missing sides (Bacon) (Eggs) ridiculous.
One of the best Chicken boxes I've had since coming to MD
Food was made to order quickly. The guys taking your order at the grill were great. Food and coffee were good. Plenty of seating available. The Breakfast Special was plentiful and economical. Parking was easy at 7:30 am.
UPDATE 10\12\24 Enjoyed my breakfast so much last time when I came by myself that I had to bring my wife this time. It was a bit busy at 9am on a Saturday, but there was more staff behind the grill so the service was just as quick as before.
Some of the best sandwiches in the area. A few tables outside along the strip, dogs allowed.
The cooks are amazing!!! Very organized with aligning the food and the orders
There workers could be upgraded
Today the cook who made my husband's breakfast food was terrible. Eggs got cold & 1 pancake was cold while one was messed up & thrown out while waiting for another pancake to cook . He threw his meal in the trash. 2pm 9/21/24 My shrimp salad sandwich was fine.
The food is very good. The service at the counter where you order and get your food is very slow and inefficient.
The overall four stars is simply because of lack of customer service over the phone. We patronize Lenny's a few times a week for lunch at work. Everyone had their ordered ready, which is regular since we eat there weekly. Gray or Grey, however her name spelled answered the phone. Strike one was when she said "Lenny's Deli how can I help you?" I said "good morning how are you?" She never said nothing so I repeated myself she then said "I'm fine" I told her we wanted to do a pick up order wasn't a small order either. I told her the first item which was an omelet my coworker gets EVERY WEEK. This child said "we don't sell that" I said "yes you do we get it each week." My coworker staring at me like ummm I get it every week. I hung up and called back to get her name I also asked if Mr. Alan was there. The way she said her name pissed me off so bad. My coworker went to order the food in person so now she had to wait and instead of our large order the order was cut down to only three people. Phone etiquette is a part of customer service. If we are telling you we get this item every week I would like to think a person would say hold on a second let me get some help. I also worked for Lenny's years ago I know Mr. Alan was big on customer service then and it should be the same way now.
