Fun fast casual BBQ place! I had the haystack (mac and cheese) with brisket. Nice size portion and enjoyed experimenting with the different sauces on the table. Food would be 5 stars but could have been warmer.

Ordered the sampler platter and it was fantastic! Everything was good but the brisket and jalapeño cheddar smoked sausage were incredible. Highly recommend! Wheelchair accessibility: Ramp to side door provided access.

If I could give this place 10 stars, I would. I'm not really into barbecue, but my husband wanted it for lunch, so we stopped at a place near us off the highway. Holy cow! Let's just say we will definitely be making regular trips from Springfield. They have five sauces to try on the table, and I couldn't pick a favorite. They were all amazing!

They have pretty good BBQ! At first I wasn't sure what sauce is good for me and later after forced myself to try all the sauce (usually I will never try anything lol) I found out that I like OG&mustard mix together! The meat and the sauce together were very yummy! I always eat bbq with fork and knife and the meat was very soft and fell easily. I wish my meat was warmer and juicer. They also have bourbon bar on the second floor, so cool! Would be a place I think of for the bbq next time!

Love the flavor but half my sandwich was untrimmed fat. Went back to see if they took my comment seriously. I updated my review! Excellent lean brisket and was asked how lean I wanted it. Great response and I will be back!!

Delicious food! The beef ribs are amazing! Super tender, juicy, and well-seasoned…the best I’ve ever had! The corn and mac & cheese also fantastic!

Casual BBQ joint in the heart of Hillard! Only on Saturdays the do Beef Ribs and highly recommend getting one or two! I love the brisket and jalapeño sausage! Don't forget to order dessert!
