Le Cuvier, which variously translates from the French as “little barrel room,” or less appropriately “little laundry,” lies a few miles inland from the Pacific Ocean on California's Central Coast. Initially founded by John Munch in 1983, the business grew from a mail-order service to an established micro winery. We invite you to join us for our chef curated wine & food paired tasting experience, a tradition dating back 30 years.
