Got the Taro lovers, almond milk, more sweet.... SOOOOOO good!!!!

The 3 ladies working the counter were horribly unfriendly. A smile and/or greeting would be incredible but instead I was stared down in silence until I ordered. What an awkward and unfriendly experience. My kids even commented that they felt uncomfortable. We will not be returning.

From the moment I walked in, the ladies at the front did not say a word to me, not even a smile. My family and I were just stared down by the ladies at the counter until I ordered. As I was trying to figure out what to order, I actually tried to break the social awkwardness by apologizing and said it was my first time there and that there are so many flavors to choose from. She didn't bother to make any suggestions or say anything at all. No greeting, no smile, no help. I'm baffled that this place even requests a tip after paying. Such a bummer because we love boba and this place would have so much potential if their employees were trained in customer service. I was so excited to take my kids here for a sweet treat and was so disappointed with the customer service that we will definitely not be coming back.
