In 1991, Lazlo’s Brewery & Grill opened in Lincoln’s Historic Haymarket District, bringing the state of Nebraska its first brew-pub. Our food is lovingly hand-crafted from scratch with fresh ingredients, and cooked on our custom-grill fueled solely by hickory wood.
