COUNTRY BREAD WHEAT, WATER, SALT
Our signature sourdough bread. There are only three ingredients; organic wheat flour, water, and sea salt. The deep layers of flavor of the loaf come from the 50% of California stone ground whole wheat and the sourdough levain or starter, which we carry since day one. This simple loaf is good for anything; avocado toast, with ricotta and jam or cream cheese, paired with any kind of cheese, on a side of soup, or just with a thick slice of European butter.
