Lao Yu Yuan is a brand that was established in 2017 and has since become a representative of Chinese cuisine. In 2020, the USPTO officially registered the exclusive right to use the trademark. The brand's focus is on handmade pasta and nearly 80 kinds of frozen pastry products. Among them, Shanghai handmade pastry is distributed to over 40 states, including Atlanta, Boston, and Ohio.
