Nice place a nice coffee ,good service but croissant I have ordered didn't taste nice at all.

First time I came here the welcome was absolutely poor. They wasn’t concerned about service and boarder line rude. My partner persuaded me to give it a second chance. The welcome was nice this time… Only to get home with a takeaway ham and cheese croissant burnt! My autistic partner was unable to eat it and it frustrated her to the point that she was unable to eat at all. We could smell the burning, but considering that the person serving was on her phone we assumed that it was crumb’s left in the toaster and was normal. She must of seen how bad it was when putting it in a bag and wrapping it. Still, she served it anyway!! With a smile?! Stupid.

Today Sunday 8th Oct ..The food was just OK , I agree with the other reviews, the staff were so rude and had that cant be bothered attitude and looked thoroughly miserable, I visit the branch in Teddington regularly and the staff very nice couldn't be more helpful ..

I recently ordered a birthday cake and I was absolutely blown away by how amazing it was. The cake was beautifully decorated and the flavor was incredible. The cake was moist and fluffy, and the frosting was rich and creamy. I could tell that the cake was made with fresh, high-quality ingredients
