Started in the family business at a very young age. we owned the King George Diner in Wayne for over 30 years. Through hands on experience and further my education in culinary, I am a chef by Trade. The back of the house is where my heart lies. I am schooled in American Continental with a Mediterranean twist. I run my business as i was taught by my great chef, my father Jerry whom was taught by Morris Balmin the original owner of the original Clairmont Diner in Verona.
