The Mountain Course (6294 yards) was laid out in 1910 by Alexandar Findlay, and then redesigned in 1931 by Alister MacKenzie, architect of August National, home of "the Masters". The Links Course (7006 yards) was designed in 1909 by renowned Scottish architect Seymour Dunn.
