La Rola Colombian Kitchen

Founded in July 2017, our food truck arrived in Colorado to introduce our colorful and exotic menu options such as the Empanadas, Colombian hot dogs, Arroz con pollo and many more! Since its start, we operated at breweries and wineries in the Denver Metro, Aurora, Parker, and Lakewood areas. But that's not all, La Rola also spent its time at private events providing top notch catering services. And as demand for La Rola's presence grew, the need for a bigger and more stable location built up. From a food truck, to a food hall in RiNo, to now our first brick and mortar location in Littleton, CO. We look forward to providing an unforgettable dining experience where our guests will take a little piece of Bogota, Colombia with them.
