La Cocina on Hyde (formerly Municipal Marketplace) stands as an innovative model of conscious, community-led development, offering economic opportunity for women entrepreneurs, and delicious and affordable food for community members and those looking to eat with purpose. In the spring of 2024, La Cocina on Hyde has transformed from a full-service food hall to a shared-use catering facility for small food businesses in the La Cocina Incubator Program. We aim to retain full flexibility within the space. The La Paloma Bar and Cafe will open for seasonal pop ups and events featuring La Cocina-born businesses.
