Made with dice tripe (the stomach of a cow) slow cooked with vegetables such as bell peppers, onions, carrots, potatoes, yuca, and cilantro. Rice, avocado, and arepa on the side.

Chicken breast, choice of rice and beans or steamed vegetables.

Chorizo, beef, chicken, and pork your choice of yuca, fries or tostones.

8 ounces cooked to perfection, served with pilaf rice no heat, and house salad.

Served with white rice, black beans, fried egg, sweet plantain, salad, and avocado.
