The food is always good here. That's why It's always crowded.

Food was delicious. The service was with a smile. Cold tall icy beer mugs. A must go. Might be a small wait. But this place is old school. Food was hot.

Food was great a bit pricey but it was a large portion the flour tortillas with awesome.

The food at La Mexicana is Outstanding. Chips & Salsa are a precursor to Excellence, and they score a "10" in that arena. If you want, order the Extra Hot version of their Salsa #Boom!!! The service is friendly with smiling waitresses with an expeditious manner of the food being brought to the table. And the food is Phenomenal. Additionally, ordered Tamales for Christmas and they were the Best Ever. Why? they were filled with protein on the inside more so than other vendors. They have the best Mexican food in town. Hands down. Try the Chile Relleno Burrito, absolutely awesome! The beans are rendered properly, the rice is authentic and they have very complimentary (not free) margaritas. UPDATE They had a problem with their plumbing, I had called an order in and put it on a credit card. Went to pick it up (15 minutes max) and they had a sign on the door "closed for emergency plumbing problem". Well, they took my order 15 minutes before and said nothing. They charged my card and I got nada. These are the things that will make me never eat some really well done Mexican food again. Haven't been back in 2 1/2 years. A-holes

Awesome food and awesome service. Very friendly staff. Salsa was amazing and so was our food. Can't wait to go back
