La Josie

Located on Randolph Street’s Restaurant Row, La Josie is an upscale-casual Mexican restaurant and agave bar in Chicago’s West Loop neighborhood that opened in May 2017. Chef/Owner José “Pepe” Barajas, who is also the proprietor of El Solazo on the South Side, offers creative and thoughtful dishes influenced by all regions of Mexico, including some of the recipes from his family’s Jalisco table, at the bilevel restaurant with three bars and rooftop dining.
