La Gordita specializes in fresh 100% corn masa based dishes made in-house daily. Popular items are local favorites such as the Carne Asada Fries or California Burrito, but our specialty items change the game. Our unique offerings include: Gorditas, Huaraches, Sopes, and Corn Quesadillas. These can be prepared fried or grill-top. It gets much better when we discuss the filings. In traditional Central Mexican Cuisine style we craft up Chicharron in Salsa Roja/Salsa Verde, Nopalitos in Salsa Roja, Spicy Rajas, and must have ground beef Picadillo. Every food enthusiast will surely find their own personal favorite way to enjoy these traditional dishes.
