La Catrina Ponchatoula

So this used to be Mi Patio but the new menu is way better!! La Catrina is so We will definitely be back! Tacos are bomb and so are the authentic Mexican dishes. Thanks

I was there on a Saturday night from 9 pm til 2 am for the dance and bar night. This is every Saturday Night with a great DJ. The gals behind the bar are the nest. Quick with service and drinks made right. The folks there working and at the place are all nice and some real talkative. If, you like Mexican style music and dance, this is the place to go to in Ponchatoula. Parking: There is parking in front of the door area and more on the side of the building between the road and the side area. Enough for about 30 cars. Wheelchair accessibility: The wheelchair parking is right in front of the place and easy to get in and out of.

Their hawaiian fajitas are excellent! Spicy and creamy! The cheese and veggies dip was also delicious!

Only 2 servers, long wait, air conditioner didn't seem to have been working, though the weather had been unusually hot.

Waitress was very sweet! Our dinner came out quickly. I recommend the fajitas. My daughter ordered the tortilla soup w/chicken but it wasn’t to her liking. The sweet waitress brought her out two tacos instead which she enjoyed!

The good is good. Prices are average.

Excellent Mexican original food. Very recommended. Nice people servicing.
