I was excited to visit the recently remodeled eatery and it was wonderful. However, I was extremely dis- appointed upon tasting the food. New management, yes, but they kept the cook or cooks, or maybe the same recipes. The rice and beans are ok separately. They taste terrible combined! Why is bay leaf so prominent in most guisos? Just my opinion

Won't be back. I ordered Carne guisada plate and got Carne Seca con papas.i ordered some water wash it down. The water was from the faucet...ugh tasted horrible .minus 0 stars...
