Had a bad experience at drive thru. My attendant was hateful and when I asked to speak to the manager of the place..She stated.."That's ME..What?!" I'll never go back to this place. Not sure what was wrong with this young lady. But obviously didn't need to be helping paying customers. 2/17/24 ANOTHER BAD EXPERIENCE. I swing by around 11am Manager was there.. Customers sleeping in front waiting next to me.everyone waiting. Falling asleep while they do. It's so long. Not even right..Rude, manager.. Waited for 20 min before going in.. I've reported it all to the BBB.. Since nothing has changed since my last visit.

People were friendly

Don't think of ever getting a actual krystal here. Ive given this place chance after chance to be a actual krystals establishment and i refuse to give them anymore server, 40$ for krystals that are soggy and feel like theyve been dunked into the nearest sink. After calling and attempting to get a refund for my ruined product they refused and offered me more krystals just as soggy. This place has been a joke since i moved to statesboro 3 years ago, dont waste ur time or money on this place.

Manager and staff were great very customer service satisfaction like it should always be thank you

Better than the last time we were there. But when did they quit putting a pickle on a Crystal with cheese?
