I just didn't really like the food, but the service was nice

I don’t usually have any issues at the Lenoir City location. But today….it was terrible. The counter was full of boxes. Multiple tables were dirty. It wasn’t busy at all and there seemed to be plenty of staff that someone could have cleaned up. The meals we received were not good at all. The tater tots were hard, chewy and cold. Almost like they were made the day before. The corn pups were burnt on the ends and cold. The burger buns were super soggy. Very disappointed. Probably will not go back.

The food was ok. The service was slow...if you can't take but 1 order at a time you shouldn't be on a register!! Every time we stop here it's one thing or another so we won't be back. I hope you can get your act together for your locals cause if your interstate customer's knew what they were getting, they would ride right on by to the next exit.

The staff is friendly and service was fast

I was moved forward because she was supposedly making fresh chicken. Four cars got their food behind me. My food wasn't fresh when I got it, and one sandwich was ridiculously smaller than the other. Even the sprite was nasty. That meal was not worth $10.

Stopped in here to grab food for the family on our road trip. Place didn't seem very clean and the cashier had an attitude. Didn't even get the correct items we ordered and it was way over priced for the quality. Kid-friendliness: No kids friendly meals offered. Besides maybe the chicken sandwiches. But for younger children it's not really ideal for an on the road meal
