Krustaceans Seafood Restaurant

A friend was in town, so my boyfriend and I met her here for dinner. Parking is easy as it's located in a small shopping center/strip mall. The interior is casual but inviting. Service was great - super friendly staff with smiles! They were attentive in offering aprons, extra plates, and boxes. The food was very good! I haven't had seafood like this in a minute, and I'm actually not a huge seafood fan, but I enjoyed everything! My boyfriend and I split the $55 platter which was definitely enough for us, and we even had leftovers to take home. My friend had the fish and waffles (plain) which was definitely something new that I haven't seen on a menu before. I don't know what they do to their waffles but it's great! It's almost like they sear it with a quick blast of deep-frying. And the pieces of fish were large and the batter was light despite it being deep fried. I was definitely impressed and would totally eat this again. Next time, I'd love to try some of the items on their cocktail menu as they do have a full bar here. Oh, and the music was a vibe too lol. I only have 2 suggestions for the establishment: spend some time every day wiping down the chairs, menus, hand sanitizers, and ledges along the wall so their free of stickiness and dust. This would definitely take it to the next level! Also, consider investing in metal silverware for dine-in customers. In addition to the crab crackers, I usually like to use a knife or fork to take apart my crab legs, and using plastic utensils for that, and cutting up the waffle, was not as easy as it may have been with metal silverware.

Really good food! Order is always right and food is made fresh. I will definitely visit again.

Super amazing food!!

The lady at the front taking orders is always so non-chalant and rude. She acts as if she doesn't want to be there. Every time I visit it is the same attitude and energy. I have seen a lot of business walk away from here due to this reason alone. Their food is decent, However customer service is everything. The last straw was today, I walked away and decided to go to NANA Morrisons soul food which was right next door. Their food and service are AMAZING!

Ok I haven't eaten here, but I must say this FALSE ADVERTISING. The crab legs that you guys are showing are CALLED ALASKAN SNOW CRABS and not KING CRABS biggg difference.

I travel from SC monthly just to get some of the best seafood in the south. Best customer service and food is consistently on point. My wife can't leave without getting food to go. 20 out of 10 Kid-friendliness: Great place to bring the kids.
