Owners Rob and Michele Haskell said the inspiration from this burger came from a customer who wanted a hot and spicy burger. This burger did that and more. For the hot and spicy, the 7-ounce 80/20 blend of beef is topped with grilled jalapenos. The spiciness is quickly cooled from the Swiss cheese and drizzling of honey for sweetness. There's also the added touch of perfectly cooked bacon infused with fresh rosemary.
