The owner is super sweet, and now I go there daily. Or at least try to.
This place has some of the best boba I have ever had! The staff is extreamly nice and are always willing to make your drink to best suit your needs and tastes! Anytime I come in they make sure their guest feel like they can make any changes to their drinks from dairy free, milk substitutes, and even getting less sweetener. It is a really good price for the amazing quality you get! And the cats are adorable. Thanks for making my experience amazing.
Love the Bubble Tea and the Kitties
Today was my third time going into Kitty's Catfe and it's always a great time!
The boba tea that they have is really unlike anything else in the town, the staff are extra friendly, and the cats are always happy to see you!
Tasty drinks with cats you can adopt! Alongside that, there's local artists selling their work in the Cafe part of the building. Super unique and the staff was super kind and helpful!
This Café is one of the few places that serve proper Boba tea and it is my favorite by far! The staff are very kind and friendly, as well as super inclusive. I always feel welcome when I come here, and I hope to bring my friends along some day!
So it wasy third time going, the first 2 was excellent! 10/10 but this time was absolutely terrible. While the workers were fine the cat lounge was stained with cat pee and it smelled awful. They have 2 open cages with litter boxes filled to the brim with feces and the cats looked miserable. They were such nice cats too. So sweet. But really clean up in there. I feel so bad for the cats. 😓
Really neat place. I was traveling back to West Virginia and Google led me here. What a pleasant surprise.
Don’t trust this place to stay true to their word! My husband and I fell in love with a cat they had. We called to have them hold her for us as we are in the process of moving, and they assured us many times that we were all set and just needed to come pay for her within the next week. We came in FOUR business days after and they had adopted her out without contacting us at all. The owner clearly needs to look up in the dictionary what the definition of “hold” is. Not to mention that our drive to and from is over 2 hours. We are both utterly heartbroken over this, and all we got was a “so sorry about that” from the owner. And he also said “they” adopted her out to avoid taking accountability for his wrongdoing. He also played “the family had kids” card, which as a married couple who has not been able to conceive made it so much more hurtful. We had already started prepping our space for her and bought her many toys that we had noticed she enjoyed playing with while we visited her. It’s bad practices like this that hurt small businesses in the long run, which clearly, going out of our way and driving as far as we did we are more than happy to support. But bad business is bad business. And also the boba was subpar.
