Vermicelli noodles in a bowl with refreshing bean sprouts, chopped cucumber, lettuce, pickled carrots, peanuts and fried green onions in vegetable oil paired with our house vinaigrette. All meat is specially marinated and charcoal - broiled with house sauce. (Served with cool salads, cool vermicelli and hot charcoal - broiled meat.).
