Wow! Perfection! Food, service, ambiance and people! I couldn't have been more pleasantly surprised! I will be dining here at least once a month now I've discovered Mimi's!!!! I had the filet Mignon - next time I'm having the scallops!
Love this place. Consistent and delectable each and every time. Food is staff is just whatcha want. Kimi is a treasure
The food was really good. The interior is amazing and the service is exactly what you would expect from a restaurant of this caliber. They are moving and we plan to visit again at the new location.
The food was really great. Nice selection on the menu. Beautiful restaurant. The only complaint that all of us had was that the table was very wide so it was just very difficult to have a conversation because we couldn't hear each other. If the tables were a little bit more narrow so that we could be closer, it would have been much easier, especially given all the talking mixed with the tall ceilings. Overall though, really great experience. Excellent customer service.
It wasn’t terrible but it sure wasn’t worth the price. There was nothing that stood out as particularly good. My steak was med rare but it was burned in the outside. The meatballs had a miserly amount of lingonberries there was a wad of butter or something all over the top of the steak. My kids tell me you can’t trust Google reviews in utah because people are trying to be nice. The good news was we have a table big night for all of us. I wish we had gone somewhere else. And it was Christmas weekend. Perhaps the chef was sick?
Kimi's might be the best hidden gems in Salt Lake City. Kimi herself is just beautiful funny gracious and absolutely loves serving people with the most delicious food. Whether you're out on a date or taking the family out for a celebration, Kimi's is absolutely one of the top 10 in the state for quality taste service atmosphere and beyond.
Good meal. Good service. Don't bring kids. It is now a 21 and over restaurant. If you bring kids, they will put you upstairs in a room that just isn't the same as the rest of the place. Kid-friendliness: If you want to eat in the main dining room that is so beautiful, don't bring g kids. 21 and over in the main dining room.
