Kimchi Kooks has now opened Kate’s Kitchen in Bay Ridge, Brooklyn, a storefront where customers can purchase our handmade kimchi, freshly made banchan, yangnyeom, and more, all created by Kate Kook. We have a take-away menu of simple and delicious Korean dishes with rotating items and exciting weekend specials. Kimchi Kooks was established in 2015 in Brooklyn, NY, for the purpose of making hand-crafted, small batch kimchi, created from quality ingredients, available directly to the consumer. In addition, we are committed to bringing awareness to the public about the lifestyle benefits of having kimchi as a part of your everyday diet.
