First time here, such a wonderful chocolate shop and the employee was very friendly. We walked out with many choices, all very good so far. Fresh and delicious! Will return when in the area.

I always love going to Kilwins, and I love their dark chocolate covered orange peels and dark chocolate salted caramel apples. This particular trip, I came in to fix an issue that occurred at a different location. The manager, Dorothy, was very sweet and she stopped at nothing to ensure my issue was fixed. I definitely walked out of there feeling very well taken care of.

I love everything about this Kilwin's in Plano. The people that work here are amazing and pulled off a Christmas miracle for me. Placed a large order for their delicious caramel apples right before Christmas and these wonderful, friendly folks totally came through for me. Transaction was seamless and my family loved the apples! They were firm, crisp and the caramel was creamy and sweet. Huge THANK YOU to these folks and this store! We will definitely be back again and again.

This is a great shop for candied apples, chocolates, ice cream, and fine treats. My wife goes in for chocolate coated marshmallows and fudge. The service is always fast and friendly.
