Poor service disrespectful

I went there for dinner, there was no seat so i got to know its very famous thats why there is no space, but still there should be a person who can atleast tell the guest about waiting area, it was so embarassing that some people were standing and watching the people sitting on chairs and hoping for chair. then we order our dinner after getting seat the waiter didn't provide any bowl or cutleries, no table management was there. Only food was brought to table in one go and then waiter went off. Management is zero, hospitality is zero. Food tastes good. But if they have such good number of customers atleast offer advance bookings of table for better attendance to customer.

The food and the ambience was nice but the service was very poor. Even After consistently telling them they were late by 30 mins to give the bill also.

Today I had visited here and order food . After getting my order when I tasted it. It was awesome and delicious. And also service and atmosphere was very good and positive. Thanks for made my day. Thanks for giving me delicious food.
