Quick, pickup service. Food was great!!

Portion size seems way smaller. Chicken definitely does not have 11 different spices and herbs. Almost void of any flavor.

Slow to get order.

I ordered my food. Was told there would be a 5 minute wait for French fries. That’s fine with me. After 15 minutes my food comes out and now 3 of us are waiting in parking spots for food. Half of the French fries in my order were cold and stale. Like they were the last fries from a previous round. Then to top it off, when I got home neither of the kids meals I ordered had the main item. Only fries and a drink. No chicken. I tried to call to see if we could fix this issue and there was no answer. Eat at your own risk and make sure you confirm every item.

Don't waste your time/money. Craving some fried chicken the other night and thought we'd give it a go. Ordered 6 piece chicken, Mac and cheese, fries, and 4 biscuits. They immediately start telling us that they're out of fries and they "barely have any chicken". The ordering process was painful ; it was obvious that the employee wasn't happy about having to do work and was just hoping we'd say "nevermind" and leave. The sides and biscuits were ok, but they shorted us a piece of chicken, and the chicken itself was old and dry. I'm surprised they are still in business.

I usually am driving thru when we get KFC for dinner. You have to check your order before you leave the window every time. They will forget your drinks. They will give you the wrong sides, or forget them. They will give you the wrong entrees or even the wrong kinds of chicken. It’s rough, but when you get the right food with your order, it’s well prepared and tasty for KFC style fast food.
