We ordered extra crispy chicken through the app, when I got there to pick up, I was told they'd been too busy that day to make any extra crispy, had to settle for original (who chooses original anymore?) They asked me to park out front since they hadn't started preparing the meal until they confirmed we were ok with original.
I'd forgotten to mention that we needed plates with the extra crispy/original issue (squirrel!), decided to step in & request them so they wouldn't have to make a 2nd trip out to me. No inside customers & It was like slow motion watching them work. Waited at the counter for a few minutes without being acknowledged. Had to stop the girl getting ready to carry our food out to the car to get her attention to request the plates.
Food was ok.
GM IS VERY RUDE! MESSED UP ORDER HE CLAIMED TO NOT "KNOW" CORPORATES NUMBER! THEN RUDELY HUNG UP ON ME, I CALLED RIGHT BACK TWICE WITH NO ANSWER. HE HAS BEEN REPORTED. I would give zero stars if I could
I was the only person in line. It was 8pm. I made an order for saucy nuggets, pot pie, and 3 side dishes. Then had to wait 10min while they cooked nuggets. And they gave me the food. I get home and the nuggets weren’t even the sauce I ordered and I didn’t even get the pot pie! So I drive back to the driver through. The tell the lady at the window the issue and she says sorry can I have the wrong nuggets back. And then gives me the original items I ordered. And then shuts the window. I have had several issues here and I keep giving them chances because I’ve always enjoyed KFC food. But this service at this location is the worst by far. I wasted my time and gas to come back to get what I should have in the first place and that’s the customer service that is offered! I’m extremely disappointed!
Nothing spectacular it is what you expect from KFC. However nothing spectacular is 50 times better then the KFC in Chillicothe.
I was picking up a Doordash..after waiting about 10 min they brought the order ..asked for plates as the order requested they were out went to leave and the guy said he forgot the biscuits ..went to get them came back and said we're out of biscuits ..asked if they could replace them w a couple pieces of chicken or something else the guy went back to the manager..Linzi...who very Rudely replied no we can't do that..manager didn't come up front to talk to me...every time I dash at this store it's always a lengthy wait...and need to teach your manager customer service skills for sure!!!
Great service ordered inside, and I've been through the drive up window. Food is hot and fresh. Great place
