The manager on duty said we was messing with his anxiety to place our order because we was a party of 6 and he was only working by his self & we was taking up to much of his time to place our order . This is the worst experience I have ever had with KFC. Please think twice before ordering your food from John & his team . I was rate this store a 0 for rating . He is very disrespectful and not friendly . I would love to speak to the owner if I could .

Update: it has been a year thought I’d give it another try, walked in love was empty. Waited at the register one employee there appears to be talking to another employee but I can’t see. Wait a couple minutes he sees me no acknowledgment or anything actually leaves my line of sight as well and continues to talk still nothing. Finally left. Once upon a time this place was decent went today, ordered a meal advertised as $9.99 on the menu but upsized drink. Was told it was $17 went asked why she said I upsized a drink. So I went inside to try and order lady refused to speak to me or take order all she said was she wasn’t going to argue. All I wanted to know was how a large drink that cost .20 more adds $7 dollars. Would not give me her manager or even answer, another employee told me she was the manager. Completely rude and unprofessional.

New year's eve heading home..hungry..yes my favorite..first at this location and last...it was late just before closing..order my usual went home..the chicken was hard dried out wasn't edible..went back store manager didn't want to address it in anyway..bit annoyed now.. this guy should not be in customer service of any kind.. waffle house it was...

They don’t even deserve 1 star this place needs to be shut down truly horrible experience I ordered a 3 wing meal the fries were stale and hard and I was so disgusted I didn’t want to even eat the chicken. I went back to get a refund because I was not going to eat the food the so called manager was a complete jerk refused to give me a refund and threw some fries in the box saying that’s all he could do. When I asked for his name he refused to give me his name I had to call corporate to file a complaint. This establishment needs to be closed they hardly have business and I understand why now. I will be following up to make sure they understand that you can’t treat people any way and get away with it
