100% bad customer service ordered on the app went round the drive-through and then because it wasn’t ready they asked me to drive round the drive-through again after waiting 15 minutes it’s supposed to be fast food I suggest this KFC gets new management
Ran by useless kids with one Braincell between them just like every other outlet. Waited 20mins in the carpark due to them having no chicken ready to be handed the wrong order. Get some actual experienced management to get on at the young idiots that couldn't give a rats arse about providing a service its supposed to be fast food not a 40 minute ordeal. Then when we get it supposedly rectified it's still wrong ♂️ taken back again for a refund and went to burger king instead.
Very slow and disorganised, I stood for 35 minutes waiting for my order. While staff did their utmost to ignore waiting customers. Drive through and delivery companies prioritised over customers waiting in the restaurant. Food was average for KFC.
We waited over 30 minutes for our order (two people so not a lot). They didn't seem particularly busy when we arrived either. When we eventually did get our order the meat was hot and fresh but the fries were cool. Tables etc were in need of a clean and tidy - no napkins available either
Went in there at about 5:30 in the evening on the drive through and I’m livid with the boneless banquet prices but the young fella Sam on the til served me really nicely, overall good stuff
When order online is not nice it's looks not fresh food but inside they fresh.
