Love this KFC great atmosphere, food is great. Customer service was great. WISH THEY WOULD BRING BACK THE BUFFET. I DROVE BACK HERE FROM THE MIDWEST passed dozens of KFCs chose to come to this one for the buffet. Hours later no buffet, "covid" fd' that up.. BRING IT BACK

They don’t pay staff enough to have any. They won’t help answer questions, only refer you to tablets to order.

The most ridiculously slow / poor service KFC I have ever been to. Avoid.. a Churches chicken in the inner city of Chicago is faster and better service. The location around 680 east 9400 south is awesome BTW.

Not sure how good the food is because it's been thirty minutes and I'm still waiting for my chicken.

Place has been cleaned up and new items to the menu. Counter lady is amazing and super friendly
