Garbage place. 6PM on a Wednesday nearly empty and they take 40 minutes to prepare the a Classic Zinger with Fries!

First given order without Coke which is mentioned in the bill also not provided tamato ketchup. There is no water dispenser facility every time you go to the counter and request for one glass of water Chicken was not crispy...it's a very dry Parking is payable

Do not visit kfc at all in Pavillion mall store.. very much cheap food quality they are providing along with very bad service. Staff does not have any sense to speak as well. I have shared the pictures as proof everywhere.. Also in all food sites. Plz cross check that and then only take decision. Specially do not go with children. It's very much risky food for children. Chicken legs having more that 2cm coating layer without salt n spices. It's taste less and food in size like dogs also can't each such thik layered food. I don't want to give 1 star as well it should be in negative. Too much disappointed n wll never ever visit again.

It took them half an hour to just serve chicken popcorn. Very bad service
