KFC

Update: before I said "Good luck. This KFC is 'hit or miss' at best. They don't observe published hours... " It seems they have improved some. But, you still only might get what you came for. They can run low on things, but they will 'mix and match' what they do have for you. (On the plus side, the orders I've gotten are fresh and the staff is very nice). Parking: Lots of parking.

Why did this KFC restaurant give out coupons for November if they are not even going be open on November??? And the coupons is only good for November.

This KFC location gave me such a wonderful experience last weekend! I ordered through the app, as I had a large order and didn't want the staff to get held up in any way. I arrived, in-store, to pick up my order just a short time later. I let the ladies in front know that I had just placed the order and would grab a seat and just holler for me when it's ready. They took about ten minutes to fulfill my order. The staff was so courteous and kind. They looked everything over to double check everything was packed. They asked if I needed any utensils, sauces, etc... Just a really positive experience! When I arrived home, my family enjoyed fresh, hot food. There are many places you can get food- chicken, included- around here... But we will go out of our way to patronize this KFC location over and over again. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK; AND PLEASE PASS ALONG MY REVIEW TO THE CREW!

Most unprofessional management I arrived in drive thru and was told “we ain’t got nothing we bout to close” while laughing with staff turning away paying customers. The standard is VERY LOW their HIGHLY SUGGEST NEW MANAGEMENT TAKE CONTROL as a franchise this is a disgrace….

Good nuggets.

Door is locked, went though drive through. Waiting on 20m for food. Pathetic.

After COVID it seems like the chicken pieces are smaller and more expensive

I WISH I COULD LEAVE ZERO ARRIVED THEY GAVE MY ORDER AWAY HAD TO WAIT AND THEN TOOK ORDER REALIZED THEY SHORTED ME ACCUSED ME OF STEALING!! THE WOMAN IN CHARGE WAS SOOOO RUDE!! WILL NEVER GET ANYTHING FROM THIS LOCATION AGAIN! SHAME ON YOU!!
