Waited 20 minutes for my food because they forgot what I had ordered.
I have come there three times and each time the same excuse, "just sold the last one, you'll have to wait about 20 minutes while we make some more" so I blame management because they're not teaching their employees when they are down to three or four chicken potpies put in another batch in to cook so you always have chicken potpies. Need to have a sign up to cook more before you run out however you want to do it but that's how you get good customer service.
Ordered the "Taste of KFC" combo and it had much to be desired. Extra Crispy chicken was dry, overcooked and lacked any breading, like it was deep fried twice. The biscuits were also dry and hard as a rock. A side order was incorrect as well. Lesson is to look at everything before you leave. A very disappointing experience.
They give the food rotten and they speak back.
Food was fresh, service was quick, polite and served with a smile. (Updates Feb 18, still fresh chicken, clean facility and friendly staff)
It's a KFC/Taco Bell combo outlet. Bizarre.

Was disappointed that I ordered the two piece meal and was charged an additional .99 to get a breast. Up to now, there was no additional charge. Takes the cost of a small meal to $10.43! Breast and wing almost 11 bucks.!
Everything was calm not that many people, the service was good, the food was great but the biscuits were a little cold
