they NEVER put the right chicken in anything.

Ordered chicken sandwich. Flavor fine but was just slightly warm. I prefer hot food. French fries were over salted.

We had several not so great experiences so we hadn't visited in awhile. I really had a craving so we decided to go for it. Everything was excellent and fresh. Totally hit the spot. So pleased that we had a great experience!

I placed my order, pulled up to the window, received my drinks and was asked to pull ahead because they were waiting on tenders. 15 minutes later I have to reverse back up to the drive thru window because I still have no food. When I get the window my food magically appears. When I get home I have no fries. This might be petty but seriously you make me wait all that time pulled up, just for me to pull back to get my food, then you don't give Me all my food. Probably not much I can do here but I'm pissed off and I'm hungry and now I have no fries.

I will not go to KFC in lapeer order 8 piece meal got home with only 6 pieces I call them all they could say what do you want they need to clean house

They can never get order right. Order a chicken breast with sides and a bowl and only got the bowel and chicken breast. Come on

put our order in online for an 8 piece bucket of chicken and a large fries large coleslaw and a spicy chicken sandwich. the order said it would be ready in 15 minutes. We got there and told them we were here for a online order and they had to go check. then she comes back and says they are out of bone in chicken. We asked if we could get chicken tenders and she said they we're out of the tenders also. I have never been so angry. Number one the online order should have stated that and number 2 what chicken restaurant runs out of CHICKEN. The last time we came here we ordered crispy chicken and they told us they ran out of crispy chicken. If your gonna run a fried chicken place the least you can do is have chicken. We will never come back.

Placed a large order. App said to pick up at 7 We got there at 6:55 and she said they close at 7.

Go to the Davison location.. Lapeer KFC will mess up your order 9/10 times.. and don't bother trying to call.. they purposely won't answer.
